I live in Maryland under a Republican governor, too, but I honestly expected better of him. Does NOBODY remember the Jewish refugees of WWII? (Did you know that Anne Frank was one of the people the Americans turned away?)
Four mayors in Illinois, including one of the two largest towns in this county, have signed a letter urging governors to accept the refugees. Unfortunately, the shootings in Redlands are going to give more ammunition to the haters.

In spite of our wacky-doodle governor, proud to say the people of Maine are planning and preparing to welcome as many victims of ISIS as possible.
