I can still fit ten days’ worth of gear into a 14x22 inch bag.

Good for you! Very sensible to take just the basics and save the luggage allowance for important things like shawl pins, Celtic jewellery, good buttons, and yarn. Might even be room left for a shillelagh or dagger for the other half.
I hope you have a wonderful time and that the weather is decent!
