We have a neighbor who keeps wild turkeys. Those things are HUGE, and feisty too boot. Just what you need when one is standing in the middle of the road and you are running late for work.
When one of them is running back and forth across the road leading to State Farm Corporate Headquarters (our biggest employer) during afternoon rush hour, it causes something of a disturbance, too.
Our county Animal Control Officer blames her first grey hairs on that one. He would NOT be caught, nosirree.
