Patterns of the Past - Butterick 6618

A classic. What was it about the Fifties and redheads, anyway?

Nice pattern.

Redheads - I'm a 50's born redhead. Interestingly, it was okay to tint one's hair red (my mom did until in the 60's sometime), but it wasn't really okay to be *born* with red hair. There was still quite a bit of prejudice against redheads - at least where I grew up.

Great pattern!

And now that you mention it, it does seem like an awful lot of 1950's "pattern ladies" were drawn with red hair. Hmmm...
